• Healthy
• Macerated
• Dry
• Eczematous
• Fragile
• Edema
• Erythema
• Induration (hardening)
• Cellulitis

Examples of what to exclude

Does not include assessment of the wound edge or bed. Periwound color is a different observation therefore, colors should not be in this refset.
