• high level architecture and functionality description - and scope
• Risk Mitigation document (project risk)

VA has a number of examples - some at a very detailed level - won't do that because there is no funding
We will have to do something less detailed

VA uses SMS for different aspects of different projects

Bruce under contract with VA - involved in other contracts not necessarily related

Other contractore is Aneel (BRD), also assigned project manager for Bruce (from contracting side)

validated budget with Alan Drew - don't know that anything else is done

High-level document on deliverable (Oscar will re-send to Keith & Keith will distribute)

If Aneel has a version that is nesarly completed, work from that

  • one Bruce sent was at a level of detail that was not usable
  • don't have $$$ or resources to do that

    • Bruce: just need feedback on it (was awaiting Oscar and Wayne's feedback)
    • Bruce to re-send ((spreadsheet risk/mitigation)
• BRD - Aneel version tomorrow
• Need to get the SDD -0 only need certain sections
  • document says what we need to do (1st 4 POINTS)
• Oscar: SLA's - system level or service level?
  • Bruce: from overall system perspective - when servicves are one side to the other side, what performanc is acceptable?
  • Oscar: 1) need to make transactions atomic enough to get response 2) upon request, service in 35 ms 3) 2-5 second end-user response
• Bruce: perforance need to be acceptibale, but not representing national experience (other facilities, etc.)
  • Bruce: need intelligent caching, etc.
