HSPC Architecture Summit, Dec 4-6, 2018

Location:

Assisi Heights

1001 14th St NW

Rochester, MN  55901

Hotel Info:

Hotels available downtown are:

Double Tree - 150 S Broadway, Rochester MN

Kahler Grand  - 20 2nd Ave SW, Rochester, MN

Marriott  - 1125 2nd St SW, Rochester, MN

Hilton Garden Inn - 225 Broadway Ave S, Rochester, MN

Special Considerations:

There is parking at Assisi Heights, however you will need to park in the Mayo Designated area…otherwise they will be towed.

The Mayo Conference Center at Assisi Heights has two designated parking lots located by Canticle Hall and are to the right BEFORE you reach the main building.

The Mayo Clinic Family Northeast/Assisi Heights shuttle does not automatically stop at Assisi Heights, so you will need to alert the driver that you wish to go there.  To return to downtown or to Saint Marys Hospital via the shuttle, call 507-289-4541 and allow 30 minutes for pick up once you call.

Goals of this Meeting:
  1. Review components currently implemented and determine what to apply towards the HSPC architecture.
  2. Outline a target architecture that meets the needs of the stakeholders
  3. Define conformance criteria, identify priorities, and outline areas where others can build towards the goal.
  4. Obtain commitments and agreements on building towards that architecture.
  5. Create a concrete plan to address current issues.
