There are not many hotels or restaurants within walking distance of the meeting site (there is a Candlewood Suites nearby). It is recommended to look for a hotel in the downtown area. Some hotels may have shuttles but needs to be confirmed with each hotel. Uber is in the area. Note: There are 10 Marriotts in the Indianapolis area - be aware of the specific location in relation to the meeting address prior to booking.
Webex is provided for better viewing of content in the room. There is no guarantee of connectivity from the meeting room site and audio may or may not be adequate for remote participation.
