| Priority Item –Data Ecosystem Summit | Oscar – There will be a meeting tomorrow supported by ONC. There will be another meeting on Thursday. There will be a conference number to the meetings. It will be attended by ONC, HHS, CMS, VA, NQF, AHA, ACOG, Mayo, Stan, Oscar, Bob Greenes, Mark, Wayne, and John. The discussion will be about the need for a common platform. The idea is to set policy. There may be Congressional staff at the meeting. HSPC is getting a lot of good interest. | |

Priority Item –HIMSS Meeting Schedule of Demos Participation in Interoperability Showcase | Eileen – Recommended that HSPC should develop a schedule of HIMSS events. There will be a variety of HSPC events across HIMSS. Oscar – We are getting a calendar of events developed. There is an opportunity to access the VA booth. Awaiting clearance from VA. Intermountain will have a schedule of speakers. Rick Freeman has a detailed update on the demos. Eileen – Should notify all of the HSPC participants that they will be receiving information on HSPC events at HIMSS. Need to post the HSPC schedule on an accessible location. Need to develop a one-pager on HSPC. Eileen has recommended a writer. Also ask who will be attending and who will have a booth. Suggest that there be an HSPC dinner or reception. Craig – A draft list of messages has been developed and circulated for comments by COB today. This will be reviewed on the HIMSS planning call on Friday. Craig – Intermountain staff will be doing a video with some stop motion animation. Eileen – Ajay has been working on value proposition messaging. We should nail down this messaging so that it can be incorporated into the one-pager. Ajay – Has met with Stan. There is a draft value proposition. Payers and venture capitalists are not fully defined. Oscar – Has time tomorrow to discuss with Ajay. Virginia – Suggest that a countdown calendar be developed since there is only about 3.5 weeks till HIMSS. Oscar – Would be good to have a membership inquiry form for HIMSS. Eileen - Suggest that membership information be included in the flyer.

| Priority Item – VA | Waiting for the demos to be scheduled in Shreveport. The VA will demonstrate the EHRS deployment. LSU will demonstrate the clinical pathways. Paul Nichol is taking the lead. VA clinical staff will be engaged. Paul Nichol will be retiring. He wants to continue to be involved externally. Jonathan Nebeker will continue to the business sponsors along with Paul Tibbits. Need to get some clarity on the API issue. Mitre has been tasked to analyze this. Working to get the CIMI and VA data modeling strategies aligned. As soon as we have a commitment from Shreveport a contract will be developed along with sub-contracts. This should take about a month. | Priority Item – Incorporation and Organization and Funding | LSU and Intermountain fees have been received. VA approvals are complete. Regenstrief has some questions. Would like an alternatives to SMART on FHIR to be included in supported platforms. A call is set up with Regenstrief to discuss this issue. An application must be compliant with Tier 1 but does not have to be compliant with Tier 2. To deliver a platform as a service, want to standardize to a common model. This has been accepted by the VA. HSPC will need to support multiple platforms. Board approved a full-time marketing and membership position and a part-time CTO. They will be hired immediately. Job descriptions have been prepared. A budget is being developed based on a two year outlook for sustainability.
