Validate patient, persona, and practitioner info before launching app. This was in the case of a patient being deleted and the persona still existing.

Fix for admin rights checkbox not working.

Add Help link to bottom of the page directing to this confluence space.

Embedded launch scenario handling for the date-of-birth display has been fixed.

Mouse changes to pointer when hovering over images of apps on cards has been added.

Ability to add/save launch scenarios when going through launch process.
