- Download the package.tgz from the US Core downloads page (for the version of FHIR that your sandbox supports).
- Since it is a tar gzip file, it needs to be unzipped on your local machine and zipped back again into a simple zip file, to make it compatible for upload to your sandbox.
- Upload this zip file using the Upload Profile button.
